DAY 4:

My throat is causing me real concern, coughing fits are more often – the phlegm just spurts out at random, then the taste of blood only goes away for as long as I can stay calm and not go into a coughing fit – not good.

During the day I felt really bad, headaches, at night I still can’t sleep, will power and coffee are my fuel at the moment.

I still haven’t succumb to evil nicotine patches, I really think I’m going to do it.

Sci-fi on 10HD tonight, that might help me keep my mind off the coughing.

I’m going to try to get to bed early.
