Which they finally did, and now it's resolved, plus a new security door! We have a roof leaking that could leak anywhere on the top floor, an illegally wired phone line, illegal plumbing and that's just the beginning of it. The owner doesn't let the agent send their repairers out, but the agent also doesn't tell the owner that we need stuff fixed! We have breached the agent and tomorrow is the day we can take it to tribunal as nothing has been fixed. We reported the phone line in May and the leaky roof in August, so we are going to the tribunal to get compensation, not to break our lease!
