Today I got a bill from Distinctive Homes saying that I need to pay my next progress payment!
The slab went down on the 27th of January, now the wall and roof frames are up! Stoked!

Yes we got the FHOG, as it wasn’t me who held the building up. We had to give them a great deal of information, including the email communications from Distinctive Homes Admin staff, and the Council.
